Mr Hilton Darryl Lazarus is an accomplished and business-minded Development Finance and Project Management Expert. Mr Lazarus has valuably identified and facilitated multi-billion rand Development Projects across various sectors including: Oil & Gas, Industrial Sectors, Warehousing & Production, Industrial Recycling, and Mining Processing. As an Executive leader, Mr Lazarus champions top-level stakeholder engagement and presentation. In liaising with various boards, he promotes strategic project initiatives, influences investors (Government & private sector) and advises on best practice initiatives across the following commercial platforms: Industrial & Economic Development, Business Assistance, Business Turnaround, Trade Matters, Sector Analysis & Research, Policy Development, (Government Level), Initiative Funding (Motivation & Structuring), Project Implementation and Value Adding Client board participation.

Mr Lazarus’s qualifications include Masters in Business Administration (Henley Business School) (Reading, UK), Global Executive Development Programme (GIBS) Management Development Programme (GIBS), Masters in Development Finance (Stellenbosch University, Business School) and Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from University of Cape Town. He has worked for the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa for the past 28 years.
