Sithembile Mbuyisa is an experienced business leader with extensive Human Resources management expertise at master‑practitioner level, gained across both the corporate and public sectors. Her diverse industry exposure spans higher education, research, financial services, pharmaceuticals, chemical industries, healthcare, management consulting, aviation, and aerospace.
Ms Mbuyisa has worked for both global and local organisations and has been involved in a range of strategic projects, including those with an international footprint.
She holds a Master of Business Leadership (MBL) from the UNISA Graduate School of Business Leadership, an Honours Degree in Social Sciences from UNISA, a People Leadership Development qualification through Development Dimensions International (DDI), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from UNISA.
