- The strategy for property rental involves boosting building occupancy through collaborations with property agents like Broll, who will work alongside Property Management to promote Necsa’s properties within the local market.
- Utilizing local newspapers and social media platforms will be employed to advertise available buildings for rental effectively.
- Given Necsa’s financial constraints, Property Management will negotiate concessions with potential tenants. This involves agreeing to perform necessary repairs for occupancy, with Necsa reimbursing these costs through rental offsets over a specified period.
- Renting out properties will not only generate rental income but also create opportunities to sell utilities to external tenants.
- Maintenance services can be extended to external tenants, presenting additional revenue streams.
- The goal is to increase rental income from external tenants by 10%.
