Ayanda Myoli
Ayanda Myoli is a mechanical engineering graduate with over 30 years of experience, primarily across the nuclear, petrochemical, and fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
He began his career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Sasol in Secunda in 1990. He then joined Eskom at the Koeberg Nuclear Power Station in 1993 as a Mechanical Maintenance Manager. In 1999, he moved to SAB as a Packaging Engineer at executive level.
In 2002, Mr Myoli joined Necsa as Senior Manager: Facilities Management and was promoted in 2003 to General Manager of the division. From 2007 to 2019, he served Necsa and the broader nuclear industry in several leadership roles, including CEO of ARECSA Human Capital, CEO of the Nuclear Industry Association of South Africa (NIASA), Localisation Consultant to the Department of Science and Technology, and Chief Information Officer (CIO), among others.
From 2019 to 2020, he served as Acting Group CEO of Necsa. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town (UCT), a Diploma in Packaging Technology from the Durban Institute of Technology, and a Master of Business Leadership (MBL) from the UNISA Graduate School of Business Leadership.
