Eugene Julies

Advocate Eugene Julies brings over 30 years of executive management experience across diverse industries, including energy, aviation, manufacturing, and consulting. He has managed multimillion‑dollar budgets, overseen assets worth billions, and contributed to strategy development, risk management, quality assurance, and corporate governance.

He has held leadership roles at Eskom, the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS), and Necsa, and has consulted for international organizations and governments. His expertise spans engineering, law, business, renewable energy, aviation projects, and trade regulatory policy development.

He holds an B.s. [With High Honour] and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, an MBL in Business, LLB and a LLM (maritime Law). He is also a Registered Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) and a member of the Academy of Sciences of South Africa (MAssaf).

He has served as Managing Director at South African Sino‑Pro Consultants, Director at PPI Traffic Paint South Africa, and General Manager of Nuclear Services at Necsa.

He is also enrolled as Advocate of the High Court.
