Ismail Lambat

Ismail Lambat is a versatile and results-oriented finance executive with over 20 years of experience, bringing strategic, operational, and transformational leadership across the public and private sectors. He is adept at navigating complex business environments, leading large finance teams, and delivering significant cost efficiencies and capital optimisation.

He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BCom in Accounting, a BCom Honours, and a Master of Business Administration. Mr Lambat is currently a Finance Executive at the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. He previously held executive positions at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) and Eskom Holdings. He also served as an Independent Non‑Executive Director at IFAS Consulting.
